Sliding Scale Pricing
We offer our planning services on a sliding scale. Our aim is to price our services at a level that is both inclusive of smaller organizations as well as sustainable for our continued work. We determine our pricing based upon two considerations:
The budget of the entity paying for the services. In other words, if a funder is paying for these services, the price will reflect the budget of the funder rather than the organization participating in the planning process.
The support required given the participating organization’s current plans already in place.

Note: Our Succession and Sustainability Planning establishes a policy for sabbatical for executive leaders. This separate Sabbatical Planning process is intended to establish the redistribution of responsibilities for the period of leave, the objective of the sabbatical, the support that the board will provide to the interim executive leader during the leave period, and an onboarding process for the executive leader to resume their leadership position following the sabbatical.
